Picture Day

Official Picture Day will be Sept. 13th. We will all meet at Mount Baker Middle School @ 5pm . Dress in full game gear. There will not be practice on this day.

Jamboree – August 20th @ Burlington High School

Junior and Senior games start at 9AM
Midget and PeeWee games start at 2PM

Coaches will want the players at the field earlier than the times listed and they will provide your player with that time. Look at the provided map for parking locations.

2016 Jamboree

MVYFA~~Today is the First Day of Practice!!

Check in will be begin at 4:30pm at LaVenture Middle School, behind the Boys & Girls Club. Please only park in assigned parking spots and not the first row by the Boys & Girls Club, those are for their members.

Parent meeting will start at 5pm and the kids will begin their practices. Each player needs to have 3 practices with just helmet, mouth guard before full gear practices. Have them wear shorts, t-shirt, cleats, helmet with mouth guard. Please remember water as it can still be very hot for these first weeks of practice.

2016 Season First Day of Practice

Monday, August 1st is the first day of practice.  Practice is at LaVenture Middle School, behind the Boys & Girls Club.  Please do not park in front of the club, use the assigned parking spaces ONLY and you can also park on the north side of the school’s parking lot.  We will have check in starting at 4:30pm and a mandatory parent meeting at 5pm with practice starting right away.

2016 Gear Check Out

As we all know the first day of practice, August 1st is quickly approaching. We will be handing out gear using the following scheduled times this weekend, 7/30 & 7/31. We have a strong group of volunteers that are always there to help, but we need more help from the parents and coaches during our gear hand out. Please come 30 minutes early if you are able to stay and help us.

July 30th (Saturday)
9:00AM-11:00AM – Seniors (13-14)*
11:00AM-4:00PM – Juniors (11-12)*

July 31st (Sunday)
12:00PM-3:00PM – Midgets (9-10)*
3:00PM-6:00PM – Pee Wees (7-8)*

* Ages as of Aug 1st, 2016

If you are not able to make your Scheduled Time, Instructions will be given to the coaches regarding times during the first week of practice for re-fits.

Please note, Only registered players that are paid in full will get gear checked out to them this weekend.

Bulldog Strong Club

Hello Bulldog Football Families!

We have an opportunity for your athlete to come and work out again at the high school with Coach Andre Triplett as a part of the Bulldog Strong Club.

Bulldog Strong Club starts next Monday and runs through July 28th, running Monday – Thursday. Bulldog Strong Club is open to all MV Youth Football Players levels Midgets- Seniors.

Sorry, the workouts have shown to be a little bit too much for Pee Wee level players.

The dates of Bulldog Strong Club are as follows:

June- 27, 28, 29, 30 (3:45-5:00)

July- 4th OFF

July- 5, 6, 7 (3:45-5:00)

July- 11-14 Bulldog Football Kids Camp (5:00-8:00pm with Check in at 4:30pm) (NO BULLDOG STRONG CLUB)
*camp will be an opportunity for players (Midgets-Seniors) to get a jump start with the new offense that will be ran during the youth season.

July- 18, 19, 20, 21 (3:45-5:00)

July- 25, 26, 27, 28 (3:45-5:00) last week

The amount for Bulldog Strong Club is $50. 00 and checks can be made payable to AMT.
(Every player who attends EVERY day will earn a tshirt. Role is taken at the beginning.)

The amount for Bulldog Football Kids Camp is $10.00 per player and checks can be made payable to Mount Vernon Football Boosters.
(*players will receive a tshirt)

*a parent/guardian will need to drop the player off the first day of BSC as well as BFKC to sign waivers and medical release forms.

2016 Sign up Information

Mount Vernon Youth Football Registration is right around the corner!!!!

All dates will be at Hillcrest Park’s Recreation building.

  • Saturday March 19th from 10am -2pm
  • Saturday March 26th from 10am – 2pm
  • Tuesday March 29th from 6pm – 8pm
  • Saturday April 16th from 10am – 2pm


Both Parent and Player must be present. Please bring a copy of the players birth certificate and medical insurance card.

Registration fee is $300 for the first child but there is a $50 discount on that price if your child is registered by April 16th. Siblings are $150. These are the ONLY dates that we will register players until the season starts.
